The Mysterious Baths Project - 4 CFP

After ten years of abandonment of the old Caimi swimming pool, which is now open to the city, owing to the development of the Franco Parenti cul de sac, this restoration project makes it possible to imagine an innovative network of public spaces in the centre of Milan.
The pool renovation was designed to be like an open stage, facilitating an original exchange between spectators and visitors. The use of different pigments in the construction of its floor is reminiscent of the fountain of De Chirico’s Mysterious Baths.
